This is a simply webapp loading the URL https://web.telegram.org/ In this manner you can use the functionality of telegram even on desktop or tablet x86 without opening the browser or passing through the desktop. It asks you to show you the desktop or mobile version based on the size of the app (if streched) (I made this for my tablet in primis, but i hope you could enjoy)
