With this Windows 8 app, you can select any photo from your Windows 8 PC (from the Pictures folder) and this app then inserts the photo effect. On the left side of the photo looks after insertion of the photoelectric effect, as if it had been painted. And only the contours on the right half of photo to be drawn. In the central region is a uniform transition.
