When logging on to our Resolution Tracker 3000, you will need to provide a valid Microsoft Account (previously known as a Live account). The only purpose here is to provide a consistent ID to store and retrieve Resolution Records from our Azure Web service.
Your username and password are not actually exposed to Resolution Tracker 3000 at any time, and instead we retrieve a unique ID instead that is matched with your Microsoft Account. This unique ID is what is used to store and retrieve records from our Azure Web service. Outside of the above, we do not collect any further information about the user for use within Resolution Tracker 3000.
